30-Day Returns
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to start a return

  1. Within 30 days, either email us your intent to return at joe@dacremabotanicals.com or ship the product back.
  2. Include your order number/invoice in the package (or in your email).
  3. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.
  4. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected

 

Damaged/Incorrect items
Please report any damage, defect, or shipping error within 30 days of delivery so we can refund or replace. Include photos and your order number.
